It is a fast, simple, cost saving and hassle free way to receive the FHA required
P.E., Tie Down and Anchoring Foundation Inspection & Certification for manufactured homes in Florida.

• Email or Call Firm Foundations with your customer's address.
• Firm Foundations inspects the property and provides a free, no obligation, estimate for the upgrade/retrofit of the manufactured home (if required).
• Firm Foundations performs the upgrade/retrofit (if required).
• Firm Foundations schedules a local engineer to perform the required inspection.
• Firm Foundations provides you with 1 invoice for the upgrade/retrofit, and P.E. Tie Down and Anchoring Foundation Inspection & Certification.
• You submit 1 invoice for payment at closing.
